Cree has just announced an expansion of its “6 for 60" Trial Program.  Customers now have the opportunity to try up to 6 luminaires - with no obligation to buy - for 60 days on a variety of Cree products. The '6 for 60' Trial Program provides customers the ability to experience the performance and quality of a product firsthand while also providing Cree visibility into future orders to help improve on-time delivery.

Trial Programs like the "6 for 60" program can really make the difference when bidding on large projects”, Said Jimm Reifsnyder of Western Energy Control Solutions, “ not only do clients appreciate the “try before you buy” concept, but the visibility you get by using the trial program can improve on-time-delivery of larger orders.”

Cree has expanded the program to include the following products: CXB Series, ZR Series, UR Series, VG Series and EDGE HO Series.

CXB SeriesCXB Series - LED High Bay Luminaire

The CXB High Bay luminaire delivers 23,000 lumens with illumination performance to allow one-for-one replacement of 400W metal halide high-bay luminaires and multi-lamp fluorescent high-bay fixtures. Bringing great performance and unexpected value to high-bay applications, the CXB Series obsoletes the need to continue using energy-wasting and high maintenance fluorescent and HID high-bay fixtures.

ZR SeriesZR Series

The ZR Series LED troffer portfolio offers 2x2, 1x4 and 2x4 options targeted for both new construction and renovation. The ZR Series troffer delivers up to 4000 lumens of 90 CRI color quality with a pleasing aesthetic look and includes 0-10V dimming, which can increase energy savings and helps meet local energy codes. The ZR Series troffer embodies a breakthrough in balancing energy savings, visual comfort and payback.

UR SeriesUR Series

The UR Series LED Upgrade Kit is designed for existing T8/T12 linear fluorescent fixtures replacing the fluorescent lamps with the energy saving, long life, and enhanced color quality benefits of Cree LED technology.

VG Series LED Parking Structure Luminaire

VG Series

Cree VG Series parking garage luminaires are designed to deliver optimal, low-glare illumination by intelligently eliminating direct view of LEDs with a revolutionary optical system. The VG Series with its architecturally pleasing design delivers energy savings up to 73 percent compared to the outdated metal halide fixtures they replace, while simultaneously delivering exceptional illumination quality for improved garage security and safety. Best of all, the innovative VG Series lowers total cost of ownership and delivers payback in less than two years.

EDGE HO Series

The Cree Edge High Output featuring TrueWhite® Technology provides remarkable illumination and redefines what high output illumination performance can be. By incorporating TrueWhite Technology, the Edge High Output luminaire brings industry-leading 90 CRI color quality and performance to outdoor lighting applications, delivering superior color rendering with unprecedented high-output 5000K illumination. Designed for automotive dealership front lines, exterior retail applications and other high-lumen applications requiring high color quality, the Cree Edge High Output featuring TrueWhite Technology showcases inventory in vivid light while saving significantly on energy and maintenance costs compared to the metal halide fixtures they replace.
